Today was Baseball tryouts. Minors started @ 12:00, but Majors were running a ~tad~ behind.....so we had to wait almost two hours for our turn....witch is not an easy task with a sick little girl, who does not do well in big crowds. Luckily she slept for the majority of the time and we finally got out of there at 3:30....what a day!!! Oh and did I mention Rob was at work, so I managed this all by myself :)

Zowie's Birthday was actually last Monday, but guess what?!?! She has pneumonia AGAIN!!! It's only in her right lung, and we caught it pretty quickly, so it's not a severe as last time......but anyways, we had to postpone all parties until she was feeling better. So last night Rob's family came over for Cake & Ice Cream, and the lucky girl gets a second party tomorrow with my family :)

Last week I watched my two nieces, while Kasey & Katelynn were at Kindergarten orientation, and was able to record Harlie singing Alicia Keys (no one), and Apple Bottom Jeans (I don't know who sings that one). She is such a cutie :)

Happy 4th Birthday Zowie

Four years ago today, After 5 1/2 hours of labor, at 2:19 p.m. I gave birth to a Beautiful, Healthy, 7lb 5oz. little girl. Life was PERFECT.....I finally had the daughter I had always dreamed of.

If I had only know the challenges we would later face.......



Our life has definitely been a roller coaster these past 4 years, but I can honestly say that I am TRULY blessed to have Zowie in my life. She has taught me the true meaning of life, unconditional love, and so much more!! I feel honored that god trusted me with such a fragile little spirit. I often question weather or not I deserve to be her mother, but feel privileged none the less. How many people can say that there daughter is a living, breathing, ANGEL from heaven :)

We all LOVE you VERY much Zowie...and we are going to do everything in our power to give you the best life possible...We know that one day their will be a cure, and you will be able to run and play with the other kids!!!!!



* Here are a few Zowie facts *

* She loves taking baths...but HATES getting out

* Her favorite foods are: Avocados, French fries, & Rumbi's Tortilla soup

* She LOVES being outside ( as long as it's not too hot or too cold )

* Her most favorite person is aunt Natalie ( she lights up whenever Natalie comes around)

* She likes to swing in the backyard

* Car rides always calm her down

* She is starting to refuse naps in her crib....but falls asleep on the couch ( just like dad )

* She loves Elmo

* She loves stroller rides

* She likes to go swimming

* She likes animals (any kind)

* She dances whenever music is playing

* She truly enjoys going to school, and being with the other kids

* Rob and Rylee are the only ones who can get her giggling at the drop of a hat (so not fair)
